Fiji to Host Pacific Prayer Assembly 2024

The Pacific Prayer Assembly was birthed out of the World Prayer Assembly held in Perth last year. With encouragement from Australian and international Prayer ministries and in partnership with Australian and international Evangelists, this event promises to be a strategic and timely intervention for the release of a long-prophesied wave of glory, praise and evangelism throughout the Earth. In September and October 2024, local Churches in Fiji alongside international ministry partners and Global evangelists have joined together to hold 40 Days of Love which is a Program that involves the whole church to bring united prayer and action while seeing the Gospel bring transformation. 40 days of Love is an outreach to the local communities, schools and villages in association with local churches and international partners. Following the 40 Days of Love will be the Fiji Glory Revival Awakenings, on 11th-13th of October 2024 in Lautoka at Subrail Park Stadium (10,000 seat capacity) with global evangelists and Fijian local churches. Teams will be going into schools in the surrounding districts. From 14th to 15th October 2024, prophetic prayer worship nights will be held in the churches of Lautoka, Ba, Tavua, RakiRaki, Sigatoka and Nadi led by the Generation Fire Global team.

On the 16th in Suva the 6-day Pacific Youth Fest 24 will commence which will involve the youth of the Pacific nations coming together in prayer, worship, and evangelism then on the 17th, after an open-air worship event, they will march 5 km to the Vodafone Arena for the opening of the Pacific Prayer Assembly. The Prime Minister of Fiji with 21 Pacific nation ambassadors will take part in the opening ceremony. What follows then is the cloud by day and the fire by night. The Pacific Prayer Assembly (PPA) will gather with speakers and breakout sessions from nine till three and then from five till 10 at night will be the Fiji Glory Revival Awakening with Evangelist Alejandro Arias, Chance Walters and Warren Hunter. Joining in also as speakers in the Prayer assembly are Rick Riding, the Director of a 24/7 Prayer house that looks over the Jerusalem Temple Mount, and Jason Hubbard from International Prayer Connect that represents over 30 international Prayer ministries. This is a far reaching and ambitious programme supported by the churches of Oceania. For further information on the Assembly please go to www.generationfire.com.au/whats-on/pacificpayerassembly24
